The students will demonstrate their simple fitness circuit to the class. The students will evaluate their peer’s fitness circuit to ensure it meets the specified criteria.
Over two lessons, each group presents what they developed in the previous lesson to one other group. Individually, the students use the worksheet: “Create a Circuit Checklist” (U8L6-7R1) to evaluate the circuit that is being presented. At the completion of each group’s presentations, the students discuss their evaluations and give their evaluation checklist to the teacher for assessment purposes.
